Dr. Brittany Henry and Dr. R. Gordon Henry and their staff are well-trained professionals who work together as a team to bring you our high standards of dentistry in a warm, caring and relaxing setting. At the first visit, after a thorough examination, you and Dr. Brittany Henry or Dr. R. Gordon Henry will discuss your needs and desires and together develop your personalized dental healthcare plan. We will work with you to plan and schedule your treatment, determine your insurance benefits and help you make financial arrangements before beginning any treatment. For your convenience we accept personal checks, cash, Mastercard®, Visa®, American Express®, and Discover®.

Infection Control

We follow infection control protocol beyond the standard OSHA requirements in order to insure your absolute safety. Our state-of-the-art equipment has been specifically designed to aid in this process. For each patient, all dental instruments and handpieces are heat sterilized. Countertops are chemically disinfected and where applicable, disposable barriers are used.

Financial

Our front desk staff, will be glad to provide a written estimate of recommended treatment including insurance estimates. We offer several different payment options including Mastercard®, Visa®, American Express®, and Discover®. We ask for payment at the time that services are rendered. We glady file all insurances on your behalf.

Insurance

Dental health care insurance is intended to cover some, but not all, of the cost of dental treatment. Our doctors are providers for many insurance companies. Please bring in your plan information with you and we will be glad to submit the insurance for you. We can submit insurance electronically to most companies. If you have questions regarding your coverage, please ask our financial manager, who will be happy to work with you to find the answer.

Emergencies

We recognize that emergency situation do arise and we will do everything in our power to respond to your problem as quickly as possible. If you are in severe pain that can’t wait until regular business hours, please call (205) 970-7292 to have our doctors paged. We will make every effort to relieve it the same day you call. If an emergency should occur during office hours, please call and speak with the front desk.
